Vulganus manufacturers the Arcticline Extreme which operates continuously up to 336 hours without production stops. It is the most reliable link in the chain of production when the target is the most effective production process.
Continuous operation is made possible by air coolers which have been selected based on the individual requirements of the production. One of the air coolers can be defrosted whilst the others are running as usual.
In the Vulganus Arctic system the products are cooled or frozen quickly and efficiently with fully enclosed air circulation meaning:
- Minimal weight loss
- Improved hygiene
- Improved productivity
The elements of the Arcticline system are the spiral conveyor, insulated enclosure and air coolers:
- The insulated enclosure is constructed of floor, wall and ceiling elements and has polyurethane insulation
- In the design and construction of the Vulganus ARCTICLINE system, special attention is paid to the cleanability and hygiene of the air coolers
- Air flow alternatives are from the side, through the drum or through the belt.
