Over the years MECATHERM has continuously diversified its manufacturing process from its status as baguette specialist; today the company produces machines with a dough capacity of up to 3 tons per hour : not only for baguettes, but also for the production of rolls, puff pastry, laminated dough, etc.
Types fo lines:
Line for standard trays - for the automatic multi-product and multi-process production on 600 x 800 mm trays – up to 2.500 baguettes p/h. The line is designed for production on 24 x 31 in. (600 x 800 mm) trays and ensures great production flexibility. It is the ideal multi-product and multi-process line: the easy changing of tray sets allows a smooth transit from one product to another while the modularity of the mechanical and electrical concept allows for “raw or pre-proofed frozen”, “par-baked fresh or frozen” or “fully baked” production in accordance with production needs and market trends.
With a tray speed of up to 450 trays p/h the circuit produces an hourly output of for example up to 2.500 baguettes or 10.000 croissants. The circuit can be installed in line or in loop configuration and constitutes the ideal line to start with: it enables quick changes in both product and process to meet multiple and varied market demands.
MEGALINE I : Production on 63 x 31 in. (1600 x 800 mm) trays
MEGALINE I is designed to handle up to 300 trays per hour. Depending on the product, its production capacity reaches up to 2 tons of prepared dough per hour. This line is suited for raw, pre-proofed, fully baked or par-baked products, whether fresh or frozen, on flat or moulded trays. MEGALINE I produces an output of up to 5.000 baguettes or 30.000 rolls per hour, with one single make-up device. MEGALINE I is completely automated and can be equipped with various make-up devices, allowing for example the production of: up to 20.000 croissants or puff pastries per hour; 18.000 to 24.000 rolls or ciabattas per hour.
MEGALINE II : Production on 79 x 31 in. (2000 x 800 mm) trays
Designed to handle up to 300 trays per hour and with a production capacity of up to 3 tons of prepared dough per hour, MEGALINE II is our response to manufacturers in a market that demands an ever-increasing production capacity. MEGALINE II is suited for raw, pre-proofed, fully baked or par-baked products, whether fresh or frozen, on flat or moulded trays with an output of up to 7.500 baguettes or 40.000 rolls per hour.
MEGALINE II is completely automated and can be equipped with various make-up devices, allowing for example the production of: up to 30.000 croissants or puff pastries per hour; 25.000 - 36.000 rolls or ciabattas per hour.
The Mecatherm production lines are installed in many of the J. Gottlieb customers in Israel.
